Product design or Film

Ok Im in a very big dilemma..

Im currently doing foundation Lasalle college of the arts and tomorrow i have to submit the course i have to major in.

Ok now im pulled into by 2 courses which i like.. REALLY like.

My mind says Product Design
My heart says Film

and im contemplating on either one.. Its hard for me to choose seriously. Each has its own flaws and benefit. I have a very strong interest in both of these subjects and i since then havent get a sign.

I need some advice or suggestions and especially from people working or doing these 2 fields currently or before on how the prospect is like and so on. then i can have a wider scope and choose the right course for myself.

A diploma in Film does not really do much for the job market, unless you're really talented and willing to go the distance, or suffer first. Even if you're talented and have the right resources, it's still not a guarantee you'd go far. In the end, it's basically a gamble. So if it's just a hobby/passing interest kinda thing, then i'd suggest you for product design.

i gotta sumbit the form by this wednesday but I CANT DECIDE!!
