Problems with my SD-1

hello all.
eh i recently purchased a SD-1 from the maestro concept store in penisular. all was well till a few days ago. when i play the the 1st and 6th strings on the 14th fret, they produced excessive rattling so much that the note cant be heard at...but for the other strings there was no problem. 1st and 6th strings are however playable on other frets. is this due to problem with the fret? or my string? does the warranty cover this?

Bring it down to Zen Guitarwerkz at Peninsula shopping centre, B1-34. I'll be there on tues and sat this week. let me take a look and usually it's a quick fix.
