Problematic guitar

Hi guys,

Recently i experienced problem with my guitar. When i bend a full or half note up on the 19th and 20th fret of the high E and B string, the sound would just cut off. What problem am I experiencing, and how to I go about solving it? I have restrung my guitar with new strings. But it's still solving the problem.

Sounds like a dead note.
Adjust truss rod if neck is not straight.
Or maybe just a tap to the affected fret wire would help.
Get a good luthier to help if unsure.

I'm not the most economical option but I guarantee your guitar never played or sounded better

What make and model is your guitar? Sounds like it's either too much relief in the neck or uneven frets to me
