Problem with strings.

Hey there i use a Epi LP standard and i have a problem with my D string. After a each practice session i have that lasts about and hour or more, it notably goes out of tune. Is there something that's going on that i do not know about or is this normal.

* i haven't changed my strings for about 4 months. Butt all my other strings are fine

do you put it in your gig bag? I hold my guitar/bass by the headstock sometimes so it goes outta tune...

you should get your strings changed already, strings probably worn out like kerazy,

if talking about the G-string then its understandable that it goes out of tune easily.but D-string?should be the worn out strings.

yeah, go and change the strings..
4 month is quite sometime for a set of strings..

aye. maybe a change of strings. or it could be the nut.

Ernie Balls are lower-tension so much easier to bend. Best of all, they almost never go out of tune . But I switched to GHS Boomers because I like the tone much more.
