As for practice pads, every instrument stores that carries drums stuff should have them. Most practice pads not cheap though. I personally love the E-Pads that are sold at Drum Resources. Otherwise, you can check out different pads of different make at Yamaha, Swee Lee, Ranking, Music Theme, etc.
