Practice pads and Cymbals

Just wonder where to get cheap practice pads, like below 20? Yeah I can't afford expensive ones

Any good and cheap crashes to recommend? I use the drumset in school but it does not have a crash cymbal. My teacher told me to find a good but cheap on, best around 100 plus?

He could claim it from the school. He told me since I'm gonna practice there might as well get a full set.

If I remember correctly, a HQ practice pad from Yamaha is around 20bucks.
