The 3rd and 4th 1 is hard to play, must stretch until so far!

For the 3rd and 4th power chord is it ok if I hold the entire 1st fret?

For the 3rd and 4th power chord form, you can barre the entire fret. But just don't strike the strings that do not make up the chord. Ultimately, when your fingers are stronger and are used to stretching, then you should fingered the chord as shown. Remember to hit only the fingered strings and mute the playing.
