Power adapter for G2.1u

bought one of those from the City Music sale, but the power adapter was not included and couldnt buy one off CM cos they were out of stock.

Intended electrical supply is 9V, 300mA. I'm using an adapter i found at home that is 9.6V, 260mA. Will there be any adverse effect on the pedal?

Where may i purchase a proper adapter?

Currently I'm using a zoom g2.1u guitar effect pedal too. Bought it 3 years ago without the adapter. Found out that you can actually plug in a usb cable from the pedal to your laptop. It kinda act as an adapter but you have to be careful though. I got tiny bits of static shock when i tried to rest my arm on the guitar neck when using the laptop while the cable was it still intact.

Thanks for the reply ETF, just to sidetrack abit.. the wah works ok? i was messing around on the pedal (didnt look through the instructions yet) but couldnt get a proper wah-wah going lol did'nt even test it when it was purchased

btw, i'm really looking for a power adapter cos intend to bring it to band practice. any other suggestions as to where i can purchase a power adapter 9V, 300mA?

hahhhs i never really use any wahhs on that. I use the pedal mainly for volume control most of the time. To be frank, its not the best guitar effect pedal out there in the market but it's good on-the-go y'know.

The adapter's out of stock at City music? hmmms. I got a friend who purchased the G2.1u there a month ago and they told him the adapters were out of stock too.

Give them a call regarding the adapters every now and then. Piss them a little, may be they ll stock those adapters ASAP

do you know where is music theme? where guitar 77 used to be? i got my unbranded 9v adapter from them for $12 it works for my g2.1u i didn't really bother looking at the other ratings, just 9v, working without a glitch for the zoom and for other pedals as well

after work i go neighbourhood hardware shop see can get adapter or not.. if still can't get then i'll try music theme (addy if possible?)
