Just bought a POD X3 Live from you guys on saturday but i realized while playing around with it later on, that the the 'down' bank select foot switch isn't responsive compared to the other footswitches. Sometimes i either have to press down harder or even twice to get the bank to change.
Is this covered by the warranty? Also, if it is, do you fix the current unit itself or do you replace it with another new one?
