PocketPod or Amp?

I would say it isn't the wattage that matters, but the speaker cone size. I think i've said this many times already, but get one with a 12' cone, because its the only size which provides adequate bass response.

have you tried NuX mighty 15, the 15 watt amp b4?

Ehh, im a newbie. So never tried any other amps before...

bcau im a newbie, so i dont even know what is a 12 cone amp... is it expensive?

Kodabear, each amp has a speaker cone. This is the circular thingy that actually produces the sound. The amp consists of 2 parts: the amplifier itself, which amplifies your guitar's signal, and the speaker, which produces the sound. I'm referring to the diameter of the speaker cone. Most 15watt combos come with either 6.5' or 8' cones, 30 watters with 8' or 10', and bigger combos usually have 12' cones. The diameter of the cone affects how much bass the speaker can produce, generally it is accepted that a bigger cone has a deeper, richer bass response than a smaller cone. Hence, i recommended getting an amp with a 12' speaker, as i personally feel that only 12' cones provide adequate bass response. And yes, most amps with 12' cones are expensive. Hope this clears up your query.
