Just enter an email (i usually enter my own becuase I upload bootlegs for websites for many people, so i enter my email as the recipient and then find the file i want and clikc send it. then I just wait and once it has finished uploading it will say it was successful and give you an url that you click to download, so just copy and paste that url to whever you want.
