pickups for fender?

wat are good pickups to use on a fender? i play music on the heavy side. i've got a fender with 3 single coil. i want sumthing that can go heavy and sounds good clean. what should i get?

One choice is to get some of the seymour duncan pickups which are actually humbucker in a single coil size.

Try messing around with the pickup height (closer to the strings for a 'hotter' sound and different amp settings. This is a simpler and much cheaper solution.
