Pedalboard Setup Help!

Hi, I recently changed from using a multi efx to analogue pedals. I have a Vox V845 wah, EH Graphic Fuzz ( Distortion/Sustainer/EQ), Punch Tone (Boutique OD/Dist), Marshal Echohead, a J&D tuner and a Moen Effects Commander. I usually play stuff from John Mayer all the way to progressive metal and shred style such as Dream Theater and Paul Gilbert. What order should i put them in?

Yes it does i suppose, so does the order matter anymore? i can only put 4 pedals into that excluding tuner, so how should i go about it?

Wah usually first, Delay last. tuner at the start or end of chain. im not sure about the rest

No, since you have that Moen Commander, you can really forget about your pedal placements. It allows you to save 4 presets with a max of 3 pedals in one am I right?

Whatever it is, just rmb your delay should be after all your drive and fuzz. And try this. Try using the Commander and place the wah before your fuzz. If you hear no sweep at all, then swap the position, wah after fuzz. You have the great advantage of being able to play with pedal positions without having to rearrange them physically. That thing is real fun.

This has been baffling people for decades! Try putting a wah in front of a fuzz face. It'll leave you thinking your wah is spoilt. No sweep at all. Today that can be solved by installing a fuzz buffer, like the Area 51 one or Foxrox buffer.

Thats why I asked the TS to try both ways. If it doesn't work, then put the wah behind the fuzz. BUT, generally, the best thing to do is install the fuzz buffer, because wah sounds better before dirt.
