Paul Gilbert's Scarified (NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!)

This song makes me want to burn my guitar and stop playing.
erm.... there is this sweep part after the intro where im suppose to sweep the 19th frets for BGD strings and back up again. Do i barre with my index finger and make an attempt to mute each string with either my barring finger (is that possible?) or the finger(s) from my picking hand? or do i fret each string individually?

try barring the 19th frets with one finger then roll as u sweep. roll back up as u sweep back up
