Paramore in sg

HAHA. Yah was at the cat 4 area! Wah, first song already people pushing pushing. From looking full, to like half? Sardines!

And saw alot of people kena pulled out. No comments on monochrome, was sleeping during their set. But surely! PARAMORE FINALLY CAME TO SINGAPORE . altho its abit short.. I was expecting the show to be like Paramore RIOT! DVD kinda set... :)

technically Paramore played for 45mins-ish. they came on at 9pm and concert finished at 10pm after taking 5-10 mins break?

I was a bit disappointed because of that but that's that la. I think the opening band didn't get much support as I thought they should. Alot of people at my seating area were boo-ing and shouting for them to get off the stage in their 3 or 4th song.

I just feel for the kids who passed out and were pulled out from the crowd in the standing gallery, pay $111 and pass out, super waste money sia. (I think 4-5 kids, thats $555 wasted, were pulled out by their 3rd song, Crushcrushcrush i think.)

LOL, agreed with biopromax, monochrome wasnt the liveliest of bands, but at least they put up a decent effort. I felt bad for them when they were only into their 2nd or 3rd song and the crowd started shouting for Paramore.

Paramore's set was a little too short, but the show they gave us was worth every single cent of my Cat 3 ticket :) Hayley was just electrifying, and Jeremy and Taylor had great stage presence. I thought Zac looked a little bored though, lol but that's just me. Hayley = Happy :))))

maybe zac was really tired. they've been travelling almost everywhere. but the show was still kickass!!

and did anyone saw/heard the car with the 2 guys blasting Brick by Boring Brick after the show??? hahaha

What saddened me as a Singaporean, is people throwing wet tshirt on stage. super havoc! Yes they played like 15 songs like any other paramore concerts. But its way too short. AHh i wish they will come again, bringing All Time Low too. Held at Fort Canning.

I hope Organizers like Lamc/Midas/Lushington etc hear my comments. :) hahahah!

whoa man what a concert! hayley's vocals were spectacular! but honestly wayyyyyy toooo short, like some of you mentioned already. and yea the front crowd was quite horrible, the worst front row experience we had actually. half the time we had security guards' portbellies and balls blocking our view. lol. and have fainting people being pulled over our heads and hitting our heads and necks. had to help get people out too and some of the people around us were so unhelpful! seriously, keep pushing front and never help others to get out. didn't pay $111 and queue in line for HOURS to suffer like that. had to get pulled out after 5 songs too which is pretty retarded. at least we got to see them close for a while. and man hayley's gorgeous! ;b

and monochrome...hmmm. quite sad people were booing them off the stage. but honestly, its quite a huge mistake to have a female fronted band open cause regardless of genres, people are still going to compare, even just a little. and they are obviously no match for paramore imo.

It was a fast show, but it was the BEST ever!!

I enjoyed every single moment they played on stage!! Paramore FTW!!

hey guys!!agree with all of you. the pen crowd were kinda idiotic. i saw people crying and passing out. luckily no serious injury.

other than that, the concert was AAAAWWEESSOME!!!wish it was a little longer though. loved it wen jeremy did the flip. that was insane!! paramore sounds sooo good live. hope they come back in 5mths, not years. oh well. till then. HEAD BANGS AND HORNS TO PARAMORE!!\m/\m/ ROCK ON GUYS!!!

That song was damn old liao, although HALLELUJAH & MY HEART could have been in the set list!

I love PARAMORE!!

Something I noticed that make me shake my head. Girls in heels and wearing dresses in the mosh pit = walking disaster-about-to-happen. I'm not sure whether they've been to baybeats a couple of years ago where ALOT of injuries happen because they are not dressed all-proper for the show.

I guess most of them are like first timers to catch concerts. So they learnt the lesson now. so when paramore comes again, they will wear tight pants, a tee shirt and a boot.

Great to see our indonesians/malaysians friends at the concert too. Didnt know DSLRs are allowed at venue.

One guy kena caught for taking HD Quality Video with Tripod during the show. Asking for trouble. LOL.

THEY WERE EFFIN AWESSOMMEEEE!!!! ^^ :D:D:D:D:D:D oh & like many people lost their belongings randomly -.- I lost my mp4 :(( && the wave in the crowd was INSANE :D:D LOVEE IT! COME AGAIN PARAMORE! <3

oh & remember when paramore sang never let this go & pressure from their 1st album? I looked around & saw like half the crowd with the O.O? face... XD XD
The Veteran Paramore fans were singing & rocking out.. XD XD Most epically weird/funny situation ever! ahahahaha

On the contrary I thought the crowd in the standing pen was okayy. They were pretty harsh during the start, but after Paramore played 'That's what you get' the situation got under control. I guess it took three songs for those people to realise that they were there to listen to Paramore and not mindlessly moshing and pushing people around.

However, I have to credit a few of the guys I was around in the standing pen, which was somewhere down the middle. As many selfish guys there were, there were a few selfless ones who were always looking out for one another and helping them stay on their feet. And a few poor tall dudes were nice enough to let a number of petite girls in front of them so they can see the stage. I just wish this kind of spirit were existent in more people.

Oh and I have to question some people who dress up extravagantly to the concert, are you the ones putting up a show or Paramore?

Besides all that, it was one hour of solid performance throughout and I really enjoyed myself. Monochrome was a little waste of time, but still it was pretty rude of some of them to jeer them. I don't like them personally, it felt more like 4 individuals taking the stage rather than one. (The bassist was playing the bass like a lead guitar, the lead guitarist's solo feels forced and doesn't sit with the song, and the vocalist just doesn't really have good vocals to begin with) But still, I didn't boo them, neither did I applaud them, but still I showed them respect for taking the stage.

Anyways, I have a feeling Paramore will be back in the future. I'll take Hayley's word for it!
