1. Dan is my old friend since 1987 - from the first time I knew him when he had 1 saxaphone to his name till today where he has several units in peninsula. We go ways back.

2. Convinient for me to meet softie and other customers of my stuff (i never sell Dan's stuff - recomend certain items or services at very most). In cases where I cant sell to softies I can always leggo to Dans.

3. CAN SMOKE .....(nuff said)

4. Lotsa kakis drop by - talk cock sessions a plenty.

5. Can scope out the babes coming for singing lessons next door.
