Model # 3PU1WC1003 (neck) and 3PU1WC1004 (bridge).
Both are also stamped with "0311", which I am guessing means they were made in March 2011. I think they were stock on some Ibanez guitars at that time.
I'd put condition at a solid 8.5/10 ... no major nicks or scratching, just light use on a guitar about 3 to 5 years old.
I ended with them because they'd been installed on a vintage MIJ guitar I'd bought, and I was looking for less hot sound given the vintage nature. Versus PAF, I'd describe their tone as hotter and thicker, somewhere in between rock and metal ... which makes them very versatile, great sustain and the bridge captures a lot of harmonics.
Letting them go dirt cheap, as they are $40 USD each new (about $100 SGP) on Internet sites:
