Hi guys, this is an update!

This is yet another job i have just completed under the series of interpretation and trust. This one uses some neon inks so when the guitar is played on stage or when white light hits it, certain parts become very visible. I will show you the diff between how it looks under warm light and white light.

Title : Ice

Date done: 9th may 08

medium: Oil, neon inks

this was under warm light.

this was under the fluorescent light. there will be similar reaction to camera flash, so yes your axe looks very pretty if someone takes flash photography of it.

haha WAAA you reply to the thread super fast ... how was the gig just now man!

Hi bro ... gig went awesome

1st - 2nd set : there were dinners so we played some lite jazz standards & oldies. The diners stayed and became "drinkers" - 3rd set was more up tempo ... The crowd enjoyed so much they asked us to play another set. We said we were contracted to play only 3 sets so they all chipped in with cash to pay us pro-rata for one extra set.

The drinks & food flowed freely - except for our 3 designated drivers.

while the rest of our entourage partied...

The only downside was actually using my new "serendipity" SG ... I have not played an SG for more than 15 years so it took a little getting used to. I used it for the first 2 sets but used a strat for the last two. The SG's neck is a little small for my fingers /hands.

The SG itself looked really good under the multicoloured stage light!!! Everyone was like "wow"

But enuff about the gig ..

Yeah I was on late last ngt when I got home & saw ur new "baby" here ....

congrats on another beauty!
