great recording ! 2 thumbs up ! the progression was smooth.. i like! as for SKA's recording, i felt that more feeling should be pumped into the song. i felt like u were just like reading the lyrics. perhaps working on the phrasing could help. i am no pro, but thats just my 2 cents worth.

haha sure thanks for the constructive comment. I will try my best. Wuhoo! snottysnot, that makes two person who agrees that your recording rox!

New live songs up

Hey guys, we've got 2 new songs up on our myspace..
its a live recording tho.. from a gig we recently played at.
take a listen!

I had to read up on "post-rock" :) I think I understand what it's about, if your song "Bridge We Crossed" is representative of the genre. I like the feel and mood of Bridge We Crossed. Quite a few nice ideas in that tune alone. The only "complaint" I have is that some parts of the playing isn't as tight as you guys can be. Anyway pretty nice tune, that one. I think I kinda gravitate towards "post-rock".

Anyways, other than Bridge we Crossed, check out our latest song "eventually"

see if you like this one.
I liked how the track builds up, esp. from 1.30min onwards. Listening to the track, some ideas for a guitar lead came to my head. I'd like to hear a studio version for this, as the live recording loses a lot of the details it seems. BTW, the track is just asking for a lead singer, but then I guess it wouldn't really post-rock, would it?

hey man, awesome stuff, nice to have had come across your band, and im not just saying it sarcastically! =)
