Hey guys... are there still many orvilles LP in tokyo at good prices?? like 700-800SGD??
saving up to get one when i go there??

If im not wrong ishibashi is having a sale now? Orvilles are really really great guitars. Used to own a custom. Was amazed by it. made me less conscious of brands.

How was the custom like?? Close to a Gibson?

It felt really nice in my hands. Had that fat 50s baseball neck feel. Really similar to a Gibson.

I know this because i do own a Gibson Classic Custom. The playability can really be compared to a Gibson's.
The pickups sounded great. ( Mine were the original Japanese PAF clones ). Naturally more dark sounding than my Gibson, It looked and felt really comfortable. It had that mellow chime and despite the unchambered heavier body ( which i personally prefer. Dislike light guitars )

The previous owner flew to Japan to get a guitar and he picked my Orville amongst the Gibson standards and even the Gibson Customs there. Mine was undoubtedly an Amazing piece. Pity i sold it :/
