Order of forums

I have noticed lately that the forums have bee rearranged. However, i feel that the forums near the bottom shld be put nearer to the top. Most of those at the bottom are new ones and many ppl dun seem to be visiting them as often. Maybe james cld solve this by putting those more popular forums nearer to the bottom while those new ones can be reshuffled to nearer the top so that users, esp. new users know abt these new forum pages? Jus my 2 cents' worth.

best if you could list them in order and i will see what i can do.
