OM:Tempo@250.

Its nice... very melodic! I love the opening notes, sounds very Lydian.. is it? Makes the ears perk up! Thats a good hitting opening.

Hmmm... perhaps you should lay off the delay and reverb level/repeat a touch. I find it overlapping your playing, esp during your faster passages and when the 250bmp section starts.

Also, to make it even more interesting, try playing with panning. You got stereo dude! You linked 1 solo after another smack in the same panned spot... do it slightly off center, then go to left, then right... you know? Like you got 3 guitars strapped to you! 8)

Otherwise, I think perhaps the legato passage need to be a little smoother? I like the ending harmony, reminds me of power metal. :)

they're more like in between notes because the song was randomly cut off and started off from there...yes, Lydian, but I can never remember those modes, only what it sounds like...lol

good ears you have! or issit headphones?!

thanks for your cool commentary! :)

Hey man... haha... i just got stereo earphones. :D

But really, make use of this panning thing. It adds a new dimension to your playing.. and its a challenge to mix the bloody thing right!

What do you use now? These Seinnheiser ones just broke at the head. I admit I was too lazy to mix. Just a jam session lor, this one...

Erm. cheap panasonic earphones? :) Don't need too much to do a decent recording... but better stuff would definately help.

What guitar/efx did you use?

I see.. There's quite a big of distortion to get that tone out of the YJM start aye? ;)

they're rather biting pickups, I feel...or whatchamacallit...ever ready to distort once you turn up the volume...so you can go quite easy on the effects...

:prayer: u slay me as usual killinghall! I really dig the melodies and the tight playing u did, really reminded me of vinnie moore! One more file to add to my killinghall folder hehe
