OLP john petrucci trem

The Wilkinson bridge that the JP bridge is based off.

If you want stability, it's recommended to swap out the tuners to locking ones first, the ones on the OLP aren't stable enough for whammy abuse...

Looks who's calling who rich... lolz...

Anyway, the TS has a point la... If say getting from Sinamex, a barebones JP is around SGD3k... The OLP is SGD500 only, 6 times the price man!

But then again, there's Ripper :D

Even a good bridge is kinda worthless if you don't have good tuners to hold your guitar in tune after every use of the whammy bar...

I think attention needs to be paid to the nut as well. Try greasing the nut first before looking at spending money on tuners. But yes, the order should be: Nut, Tuners, Bridge.

Yup! That too! Some Nut Sauce will help too...
I think the total amount of mods would most likely be more expensive than the guitar itself...
