wooh. Finally up. I guess this late announcement was delibrate to deter too many campers. but i'm sure it's still gonna be packed! So what are you guys intending to get? I'm buying iron cobra doubles and cymbals and throne and some sticks.
Since this is the official year end sales thread, I would like to know why are there no stocks for guitars like fender stratocaster MIA deluxe and standard pieces?
I just called your branch at sims drive and they told me that there is no stock even for ibanez RGs.
What is a sales without guitars? Your staff seems to be anxious to put the phone down and he is incompetent with his work. Obviously I was able to hear him asked for the stock quantity and the manager just said,"don't care just tell him no stock".
Is that how your sales person works?Or should I address him as "telephone operator"? Or is he just a cleaner who happen to pass by and answer the phone?
I would like you to know how poor your services are...

Not all of Swee Lee's staff are that bad. Only a few give the company a bad rep for poor customer service.
There ARE MIA fender strats in stock in the glass room last month when I went. But it's one month ago and I'm not sure how fast they sell.
I think the manager says stock so it won't raise ppl's expectations about the sale. Deters campers and the no. of complains should anyone not be able to obtain their target axe during the sale.
