Of screws and rust.

I'm sure most of us (especially those who live near the sea) have rust eating away at their screws and at some point feel like getting new ones. However most of our pickup screws or bridge ones can't be found at the regualr DIY store - does anyone know any good places to purchase them here in Singapore - or a guitar screw custom shop maybe?
