noob - electric guitar?

Yeah... been saving up for quite a while in the hope that I can get a good guitar to start with. Hope this darned cold will get better by tomorrow so I can hit the shops to test 'em all.

As for the amp, been looking at the VOX DA5 (http://soft.com.sg/forum/showthread.php?t=17639). It seems to be very good value for money but I guess that's another story...

Jiterator, can I ask where you got your Edwards LP from? If I could I'd REALLY like a midnight black guitar...

i got my Edwards LP from davis guitar.. and yeah i saw a black Edwards LP in their window just the other day going for $1050..
