hey guys

Sorry for the confusing title lar..haha but im looking for a nice neck humbucker that splits well! i want a as-stratty-as-it-gets-for-a-humbucker kind off soundlar..haha I only have the seymour duncan jazz in mind..any other ideas?

oops..body is mahagony with flame maple top, rosewood finger board..typical les paul config..

thanks!

Duncan's '59/ Alinico II Pro sounds good split. i have the Jazz in my Ibanez, it's better of humbucking IMO...

thanks guys for the replies...where can i get fralins from besides ordering them direct? really does look interesting and a relatively ok price too!

duncan 59/alcino II pro eh? ok will definitely keep those in mind....

any other suggestions?

TY Music Center is a Fralin dealer I believe. Can get them to bring in for you if they don't have it in stock. Last time I asked it's the same price as their normal humbuckers which is $201 currently. Do note that you can request to have Lindy Fralin underwind the unbucker for it to be even more singlecoil-ish and clear. Best would be to drop him an email for his recommendations then ask TY Music Center to bring it in

You wouldn't get a stratty tone, sorry to say.

Your guitar's make up, mahogany wood, would defeat the whole strat sound thing.

Really.

Just in case you have your hopes a bit too high. :)

ty music center? all rite..will contact them!! thanks so much

shredcow, i know i know no worries....im realistic dun worry haha
