Good as new, unplayed as evident from NO FRET WEAR. A collector piece kept with care in dehumidified environment, so this is in better condition than any brand new showroom piece touched by many people over time, and in as good condition as any guitar shop warehouse piece, or better if the warehouse isn't dehumidified! Serious buyer come over and check it out, if you see there's any fret wear you don't have to buy. The condition is so pristine that there's hardly even any pick marks on the pickguard!
Made fully out of real wood. NO Richlite or Stratabond that you get on other Martins. There is a possibility Martin may shift to using Richlite and/or Stratabond on this model in the future, as they do change specs on their guitars now and then.
If you want a full solid Mahogany guitar to get the warm, rich, sweet, strong, singing and clear Mahogany tone, this is it. Don't bother with the cheaper made in China or Vietnam guitars from other brands that sound nothing like this, yup I tried them and disliked their crap tone. Don't waste $1000+ on those guitars! And this easily beats all the shrill and thin sounding Taylors, which by the way is too commonplace and you won't stand out from the crowd with a Taylor.

A Martin guitar will only appreciate in price as the years go by, never drop. Buy this, keep this for a few years, play it, enjoy it, and see your asset appreciate. Even if you don't sell it, this is a heirloom grade guitar that you can pass on for generations.
