New track from dhalif

wow! absolute great stuff..with u arnd can say for sure singapore has a rock scene...love the speed picked palm muted passage..what guitar did u use there dhalif?
 
wow dhalif u rock man! as mentioned the palm muted speed picking part rocks! The harmonizing intro was also very good, melodic stuff. U layered in 2 guitars or use efx for the harmonizing part? U used drum machine as well?

WOAH! I am speechless.......sounds abit like malmsteen but very upbeat silver surfer kinda thing like satch man.
 
thanks for the comments guys... for the harmonizing parts.. i recorded two guitars.. and i used my scalloped neck fender squier for that.. for recording part.. guitar goes intto boss ds-1 and straight into my lousy soundcard.. multitrack-ed on acoustica mp3 mixer.. mixed in steinberg nuendo.. thats all there is to it.. rock on guyss \m/
 
poo : it was one freakin morning at 3 am or something.. i was bored to death.. and i got this couple of riffs playing in my head.. so i picked up my guitar and just started laying down tracks and stuff.. finished around 4 plus..

chang : yeah man drum machine.. well not exactly a drum machine though.. i will still call it a sampling thing.. coz i use recorded samples instead of midi triggers blabla all tthat crap.. so yeah.. \m/

i wonder what drumming software is used for the drum track?
 
im not a gear person guys.. i dun own fancy things.. im recording through some acer intergrated soundcard i dun even know what it is.... and im using pc drummer pro.. insert my own sounds innit.. its cool to mess around with it..
 
..hmm..direct input to ur soundcard and u never use any amp modeler or direct box to get that kind of quality recordings and good guitar tone..and u dont have Hi-Z input some more..u surely did alot of EQ coz the initial recorded tracks sounded mellow when u input directly rite?
no effects and only ds-1..hmm not bad..now i know its possible.....

programming of the drums..equalizing (u realli master the art of it i guess), panning, effects, fading, limiting with nuendo to get good mix...alot of tweakings to be done in there........all that in an hour plus?...u're realli good..wa caya sama lu brader...

equalizing.. mixing.. bla bla bla all that crap..

btw man.. boss ds-1 ROXOR! lol.. never failed me this bugger.. live/studio compatibility lol.. reason why don't use more than 1 pedals are -

1. I have no money
2. u know how u gotta change pedals.. press this unpress that blablabla.. during a live gig.. ill probably mess the whole figgin song up coz of the switching lol.. so yeah.. one orange magic box on live gear.. that's it..
