new song demo up

You might want do some self censoring in the lyrics. Cos with the profanities in, you are effectively removing your songs from any air play.

Other than that, you band sounds like having a good time doing the recording.

It's a decent song. But the guitars need more dynamics during the verses and chorus. A few squeals and/or short runs will be good.

All rock bands need a kick-ass guitarist but there doesn't seem to be one here. The solo also needs to be mixed better (louder) and its tone needs more bite (thicker more in-your-face). Right now it's too thin and seems a bit shy.

It's a feel-good song and does the job weel but you want something outstanding not something that's good but a run-of-the-mill song. Definitely worth the effort - just needs more oomph to get it a few notches higher.

yeah i agree james, we have a couple o profanities here and there in some songs... :D but its placed there to depict the emotions that inspired those songs... :) Rork... as far as lead guitar goes... i am the lead guitarist as well as the vocalist so sometimes its hard to do those things when im singing and playing live... so i keep it simple during recording most of the times... but i get where u are coming from and i will include more lead work in the next few new tracks... they should be done in a month... thanks for ur inputs...

Dey! Just pretend that you're Jimi Hendrix! haha, just kidding.

Essentially more fills are required. You may also want to think about getting another guitarist who can handle the lead as well as rhythm - you guys can then alternate. That way, you have more options as a singer and a band.

The reason why you have a band and not be a solo artiste is to have wider options available, from a musical POV. Some readjustments may be necessary.

Just my 0.2
