I put the downpayment for one liao. Loved the Fender-like cleans and v nice crunch. Was considering a Soldano, but this seems like a much cheaper option

Here are some audio samples for those who have yet to try out the Bogner Alchemist.

Below are the mp3 files and description as extracted from the Bogner Amplification website.

All clips were recorded using a Shure SM57 mic into ProTools.
Only the Alchemist's onboard Reverb and Delay were used--no additional effects or EQ was added.
Samples were recorded using a Bogner Alchemist 212 Combo, played by Greg V.

I played the Alchemist 212 Combo briefly today when I went to collect some stuff from City Music, and the clean channel is really awesome and takes pedals very well. Build quality seems wonderful too!
