Why ask for reviews when you can just go to SV and play it?
But from my opinion, the 335 copy is quite well made. It will never, NEVER replicate the original tone of the Gibson ES-335 but it is a solidly built instrument. It offers a boxy characteristic that is similar sounding to most semi hollow bodies so the assumption would be that it would cause hum when a medium gain or high gain channel is utilized. It isn't only restricted to the Jazz genre, however, as it can also offer good medium gain sounding stuff. Think of your Indie bands and you'll get the picture. Just as long as you don't go into Metallica territory.
