Need more output jacks?

My current situation:

My band has 4 members, and we all use in-ear-monitors. The problem is my mixer only has 2 monitor output jacks, so I need to know the name of the equipment that allows all 4 of us to connect our in-ear-monitors to.

Guitars/drums/mic/backing track ---> mixer --> this equipment ---> all 4 of us(so the equipment needs 4 mono output jacks).

Is there a simple piece of equipment that can do this?
