Need Hrlp With Floyd rose Tremo

i have a Ibanez Rg350Ex it has Edge III Bridge changed The strings But it wont syay in tune i Streched the strings but nothin it still goes out of tune

the guitar is brand new is it because of that CAN Some body help me

i dont know anything much about Floyd Rose Tremolos
