HELP PLEASE T-T desperately need advice

Hmm.

Build up your vocal stamina and more importantly: use your diaphragm.

The diaphragm is in your stomach area and breathing in and out deeply will give you a sensation in that area, particularly the spot where it might clench up slightly.

The whole point of using the diaphragm is that you need not depend on your throat to sing. Many people have the trouble of using their throat to sing.. and they often experience dry or sore throats and nasal-sounding vocals.

When I say vocal stamina, it's about how long you can sustain that one note. The diaphragm is instrumental in the sustaining of a note.

First off try singing simple songs (don't immediately go and hantam Beatles or Deep Purple). Maybe you could post a list of artistes yoru enjoy listening to and I could help you shortlist or recommend a couple of songs as 'practise' pieces.

grand theft autumn/where is your boy - fall out boy

wow, nice song to sing along to :D

yea grand theft authumn is a nice and easy song hahs!

im still not sure abt how to use my diaphragm to sing well yet but im trying hard. Sometimes i will still tend to use my throat instead.. anyone still got any good tips??? =D

Get a (good) vocal teacher. Vocals isn't something that can be learnt from a book, must have someone to give you feedback and help u "adjust" your voice.
Some pple born with a good voice naturally, I'm not one of them.. so... still trying hard with occasional voice lessons.

You kinda have to imagine the stomach chest and throat begin connected when you project out your voice. Imagine stomach/chest/throat as a connected channel and your mouth as the amplifer or something. However to achieve certain type of effect...like angst or growling vocals...you might have to use the throat to project it out. Some thoughts from an amateur.
