Need help with Nut

So i recently got my guitar.. roughly 3 weeks ago..
And,
I noticed that my FR's Nut, where the g string is supposed to lay on,
There is a very deep cut, and i'm afraid it may damage my neck.
Where might i find a place that can help me replace the nut?
Please help.
It is causing some fret buzz..

look for guitar tech that can cut ya a new nut. Change the nut and setup the geetar again with your choice of strings(with the nut cut to suit the strings) You will have a geetar thats maximise for playing.

for geetar tech, search around the forum for the names, send them a pm(private message) and see if they can help and also the cost of the nuts(different material), cutting the new nuts, setting up of instrument etc.

nut not filed properly to facilitate the strings wont damaged the neck nor instrument. The whole instrument just wont be at its maximum playing status
