i had been searching for site containing dis model RGR220Dx..its a reverse headstock..shark inlay..jumbo frets..any1 seen it?or mayb its been discontinue?
the RGR220DX pictured above has been discontinued WEF 2004. ask the stores if they are still holding on to remaining units. a fine guitar, less the ILT vibrato...
there are current models sporting the shark-tooth inlays but if you wish for a reverse headstock, there's only the PGM on offer... 8)
If im not wrong, the original floyd rose is a drop in replacement. That means no routing required. The gotoh floyd should be able to fit as well. Provided the frets are not worn out, u got yourself a great bargain there.

Hmm I wouldn't be so sure about the drop in replacement part. AFAIK, those RGs that sport the edge/lo-pro trem have the right cavity size for gotoh trems. I might be wrong but it's best to check because a gotoh trem couldn't fit even in my friend's RG450.
routing would be a good option only if you won't be changing your guitar any time soon.
