Need help for Buzzing fret sound!

For guitars with floating bridges, the golden rules are... 1) stick to the same string gauge. 2) stick to the same tuning. Mess with any one of those and your guitar would definitely need a set up.

I think our friend here meant we need to be patient with the tuning process because a locking, dual-action whammy bridges, manifest some quirky (often annoying) outcomes. players who are not aware of them would most likely deem the bridge as 'lousy'. doubt if he's referring to the availability of tuning mechanisms.
