need help: audio interface or mixer or both

hey there. ive been in the forum for quite awhile mainly for trading gears and equipments however im now building up a rig for home recording and i need some advise.

ive just got myself a condenser mic. well, technically two. one is the mxl 990 and the other is the mxl 991(i got this since its cheaper and im new to this).
i also have an acoustic drum.
to list out all the equipments i have,

1. 2x condenser mic (for now)
2. drum kit
3. vox amp (currently just one amp, for now, maybe ill expand soon)
4. 1x bass guitar which i hook up to the hi fi system ( might get a proper bass amp soon)
5. 1x electric guitar
6. 1x old technics organ (has midi inputs but i have no idea whats that for. but i do know how to play it)

currently, im just thinking of playing the guitar, loop the guitar parts, play the drums together, sing, well, you get what i mean. this link here is one good example http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xbm13zlCnAM ( maybe in the long run i might bring over some friends to jam)

im more of a hands-on kind of guy. so, i dont think i would have time to mess around with softwares. i would most prolly edit the sound via audacity or some freeware to add some reverb or tweak the sounds abit.

so the qn is, do you think i should get an audio interface or a mixer?

from what i know, audio interface messes with softwares such as cubase and ableton and so on but right now, i just need the easiest way to get some good quality recording. im thinking of getting the behringer xenyx 1204/ eurorack - hook it via the usb - KACHING. (thats how its supposed to be, right? or is it much more complex?) budget is around $150. the lesser the better.

any advise? thanks guys.

Hello
so long never see you on msn and facebook.

Anyway the behringer xenyx 1204/ eurorack is ok because it acts as an audio interface also.
