yes its possible...
u can even speed it up.
in one of the small buttons, theres a x 0.50(for eg.)
click that and it'll slow down "half-time".
click the small arrow-down beside it to select a different speed...

For GP press F9, and from there on you can manipulate the speed..which bars to play etc etc
