Nalgene Water-bottles. Hazardous?

This is an old piece of news. But somehow I missed it completely until now.

I've been using Nalgene water-bottles for a long time, and only just did I realise that they contain some a certain questionable chemical, i.e BPA.

But my bottle is the old, polycarbonate one with BPA. I've not experienced any adverse effects though, so I'm not freaking out. It's just a good thing to know, some food for thought.

hm. never really bothered with the "potential" health risks. it's only expected, not really confirmed.

must as well ask the army to phrase out the green plastic water bottle as well. not much different at this rate

Well, the green army bottles, are issued.

Nalgene bottles, are consciously bought with notions of enhancing/preserving health and general well-being. I'm sure we've all read those articles comparing Nalgene bottles and the likes to those cheap plastic bottles that contain our soft-drinks and such?

(:

fair enough, but i don't see any problems with me. i've been having a nalgene bottle since last year, given to me by my girl.

don't see myself fying all the same. lol
