Hey there..

I'd say you guys have done a good job for a first ever performance. Heck, I've seen much worst performance from much more experienced ones.

I think you can spot the obvious mistakes on your own (arrangement, notes etc), but the not so obvious ones that most beginners overlook:
1. The guitars are not in tune with each other.
2. There's no dynamics in the song. Loud parts and soft parts sounded just the same, hence the "flat" feeling upon listening.
3. The tempo of the song got faster after the drums came in. Make sure the cue count and the actual tempo played are in-sync.

Some more tips, practice a lot and have fun while doing it. Good luck and all the best.
