I've never understood this.. So the audience is to follow the bands into the jamming studio and listen to them play?

the upstairs room in beat merch has an extension.

Hmmm.. But wouldn't the sound acoustics of the room affect your hearing?
The sound waves would bounce of the walls and you'll hear a mixture of noise..
Hence, open areas are more suitable.. The only studio I deem fit to hold gigs is L Cube.. Or those pubs kinda place..

i haven't had a chance to talk to them

basically/ the 3 floor room is really in great cause
the feedback is rather less
but you can really have a feel for the fans

it's pretty big too. i think soft has the link there...

Lcube from what i know, they do not provide anymore gig venues anymore.

Rockstar is great, but location wise. hmmm... hard to find. but they are nice people.

Try substation / youth park / arts house = thats if u got the capital.

Try void deck / CCs = thats if you know the procedures.
