What does it mean when there are sharps infront of the treble/bass clef signs?

I'm trying to play the fade to black intro by reading the score but it doesn't seem to sound like the original :?

It basically tells you what key the song is in, and which notes to sharpen. Subsequently, just sharpen all the notes that appear in that specific key and you should sound right.

when they need a particular note in the 'sharp line' (for the sake of explanation) to be played as a natural... they'll put the natural infront of the note. You'd play the whole bar with that note as a natural.

In front of treble/ bass clef? It's the key signature of the song.

advice: read tabs from online. then compare it back to the musical score.

it's extremely difficult for you to follow scores without classical musical theory/score reading training.
