Here's Reyrey's Musicman Stingray sent in for a bone nut replacement. Here are the results

A bone blank is cut to size
Proper nut spacing is determined with a nut spacing ruler
The nut slots are filed to depth
The nut is shaped and sanded down with fine grit sandpaper.
