'The MTD Kingston CRB is the result of Michael Tobias' desire to create a classic bass that includes many of his innovative design elements in a pure rock package. It
is his modern take on the traditional "P" bass style instrument. The body shape is reminiscent of the original electric bass but has the special MTD touches like the asymmetrical neck, ergonomically carved basswood body, proprietary MTD pickup, quick release bridge, etc. It has all the virtues of the original ground breaking electric bass coupled with 21st century design improvements.
The CRB offers both beginning and touring bassists an instrument with great classic tone at a great price. It is probably his most personal design and one that is appreciated from old-school rock bands to new school hip-hop acts. Simply stated, this bass rocks!'
