Which has more gain/distortion Skreddy Screwdriver or Dirty Little secret?

Screwdriver for sure.. Max the gain (Si fuzz) and the pre gain (mosfet od) to get over the top fuzz tones, after messing with the brilliance and sharpness..

DLS is more of a foundation pedal, a good platform for making your rig sound like a JMP or JTM I think, can't remember..

Owned both, and i recommend you to buy both. They stack to give monster tones.

Screwdriver has much more gain. And its much more versatile in my opinion. Can cover lots of ground and I don't think you can dial in a bad tone.

In case you're intending to buy one on the basis of which is higher gain, I've got to tell you they are completely different pedals.

Will the screwdriver clean-up if the gain knob is set to zero?

Both pedals are very dynamic and cleans up well.. So how you pick and how you play with your volume knob matters..
