Dear softies,
Advice and recommendation needed.
I have a Metal Muff with top boost by EHX. Pretty cool pedal. Its like a fuzz metal kinda pedal. The EQ bands on this pedal are really sensitive and thus many various tones can be churned out of this box of metal. Only one thing that I dont quite like about the pedal is the top boost selection. Its kinda of a booster for the treble. Only the treble. I think when it goes 12oclock and beyond it gets pretty annoying. Too much treble. So i thght if there was a way to modify this pedal to make the boost, a CLEAN boost function instead of only a treble booster, this pedal would be way cooler. Im not sure if this could be done though. I have heard a few places where pedals can be modded but honestly i dont know anything about modding pedals. Does anyone know of any place or anyone who can do this?
