Modding Dunlop 95Q?

Hmm.

I got this Dunlop 95Q wah which has been with me for about a year or so, and so far it's working fine.

However, I'm not exactly happy about the 'auto-switching' function which allows you to go from the wah sound back to an un-wah sound... when I take my foot off the pedal it takes about a half second to revert back to the 'un-wah' situation.

Is there a way to adjust some internal circuitry to cut down or eliminate the 'auto-switch' function?

maybe some of the pedal gurus can share some stuffs. :P

I have got the 95Q wah too. According to some guy who posted a review in harmony-central. there is actually a mod you can do to reduce the delay to practically nothing. It'll require soldering a resistor or capacitor, can't remember. I've actually emailed him long time back and he was kind enough to go through the process with me. It's a simple mod but well i'm too lazy to get to it. Go check it out.

Hmm.

Wah.. umm u have the link? I was hoping maybe it would only require the tweaking of a trim pot or smth... I went to the harmony central ones, but weirdly I did not notice his post on how he did it.

Btw you still have his step-by-step guide?
