looking for mini amps because my room is just tad too small.Found that Marshall MS-2 is not bad in terms of sound.Any idea where to look for it or that matter any mini amps?TIA

10-watt combos are not considered mini-amps I think. Mini-amps are usually 5W or less and capable of battery power. In a sense, Vox Amplugs are mini-amps too. The idea is to be able to bring the amp anywhere. A 10-watt practice amp will still need a power supply.

Standard Value / SV Guitars has a mini-amp by a Korean company called Sound Drive. Perhaps that could be considered, too?

Danelectro has a few mini amps, I've seen one at TYMC, and a headphone-only one at By Left in Peace Centre. Other than that there's the Vox Amplug (for headphones) or an additional amplug "cabinet" if you want something like the MS-2.

thanks for the reply guys.Yup..just looking for battery powered amps..micro cube is off my budget and space constraint as well.I was looking at the vox amplug cabinet.Seems that it need the amplug to work??I already have a zoom g1 so kinda defeat the purpose of buying a amplug

Wow bro... your room is really 'that' small? :P

MS-2 is just good for practicing but don't expect too much tone from the little thing.

MS2/ MS4, IMO, are novelty purchases. if you are serious about practicing (at the very least) do invest in the small wattage practice units.
